Residential Service Plans

$150 — One Time, Initial, or Restart Service

Our standard residential service includes inspection and treatment of exterior areas. These treatments are for the control and prevention of common insect pests, such as ants, cockroaches, crickets, and spiders.
These services also include complimentary web dusting, the removal of spider webs from under eaves, exterior furniture, and fences and gates. These services also include a complimentary basic inspection for potential rodent entry points.
*Additional charges may apply for interior treatments.
—Rodent Services—
$350 — Rodent Control Service
Our rodent elimination service is designed to address an active population of rodents inside the home, including attic and/or crawlspace.
This service includes inspection of the property to identify rodent activity and entry points, trapping and removal, and minor patchwork.
$15 — Rodent Abatement Service
Our rodent abatement service is an add on service to include the placement and upkeep of rodent traps and/or bait stations with a standard residential service plan.
—Specialized Insect Services—
$75 — Flea and Tick Service
Our flea and tick service is an add on service to include treatment for both fleas and ticks with a standard residential service.
$200 — Cockroach Eradication Service
Our cockroach eradication service is a two part service to eliminate an active cockroach infestation within the home. This service includes an intensive spray treatment and a follow up bait treatment.
$50 — Bed Bug Inspection
Our bed bug inspection is an intensive inspection of bedrooms and common areas to identify bed bug infestations. Estimates for treatments will be given based on the results of inspections.
Commercial Service Plans

$65 — Monthly Service Plan

Our standard commercial service plans are ideal for businesses that do not have food and beverage service and/or production areas, such as offices or retail stores.
Our standard commercial service includes inspection and treatment of both the exterior and interior areas. These treatments may include baits, dusts, and/or residual sprays. These treatments are for the control and prevention of common insect pests, such as cockroaches and ants.
—Intensive Commercial Service Plans—
$250 — Clean Out Service
$115 — Monthly Service Plan
$135 — Bi-Monthly Service Plan
Our Intensive commercial service plans are recommended for businesses that have food and beverage service and/or production areas, such as bakeries, bars, and restaurants. These services plans are ideal for those businesses with a history of pest activity. Our clean out service is for those businesses with an active infestation and includes multiple visits.
Our intensive commercial service includes inspection and treatment of both the exterior and interior areas. This service includes the treatments in our standard service with the addition of a flushing, or “fogging,” treatment.
—Rodent Services—
$350 — Rodent Control Service
Our rodent control service is designed to address an active population of rodents inside the business, including ceiling areas.
This service includes inspection of the property to identify rodent activity and entry points, trapping and removal, and minor patchwork.
$15 — Rodent Abatement Service
Our rodent abatement service is an add on service to include the placement and upkeep of rodent traps and/or bait stations with a commercial service plan.

Service Guarantee
Most services come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the efficacy of our treatment within the guarantee period we will return to treat problematic areas free of charge. We do not offer any money back guarantees. Some services cannot be guaranteed based on factors that include, but are not limited to:
The type of pest being treated (very few exceptions), structural or sanitation issues at the property being treated, etc.
Any exclusion from a service guarantee will be explained and confirmed with the customer prior to the start of service.

Prices listed on this page are our base rate for the services described. Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work. Factors that may affect pricing include, but are not limited to:
The size of the property being treated, the level of pest activity present, areas that are difficult to access, etc.
Any change in pricing will always be confirmed with the customer prior to the start of service.
